In my life journey, what I realised is:
Often, in life we struggle, feel frustrated, stress because things appeared important to us.
When awakening to the true essence our view of life shifted, the scale of importance being adjusted, thus our reaction to life also changed.
When we focus on benefiting ourselves, gain/loss, win/loss we will react. I lost: money, time, and possessions. As long as there is a separate self, me, that’s when fear, worry, emotions arise.
When it is for the purpose of benefiting others, whatever happens next has no pressure on us. And it is not the “i” that is doing, it is we creating. With the broader view we understand that was how it meant to arise at that moment, we accept the situation either good or not, and flow with it.
Why does the sutra say everything is an illusion?
At the ultimate realisation, everything we see, feel and experience in the physical world and soul world is a temporary manifestation from formless - essential nature.
When we have not realised the formlessness within - our true essential being; we mistaken these forms - physicality as real and permanent, this leads to struggle.
We thought emotions as real - so we feel helpless when they arise.
However, when we have recognised the core foundation that creates these physical forms, soul form we see these objects: houses, cars as toys. Emotions, thoughts are a temporary manifestation from old databases. And life is a temporary game, earth is a playground, we now have the remote control in our hand, there comes the fun, just play.
We lost the seriousness, possessiveness, stress, fear. There is lightness, joy, peace.
When we wake up from a nightmare, we often feel relieved that it was only a dream.
Awakening to our true self is similar, we feel relieved that all that we experienced is not real, there is lightness and peace.

In the recent years, earth has entered a new cycle and with this shift, most people felt it, like being inside the pressure cooker, when the earth shift, it's like the pressure is increased. This impact everything on earth, weather, people feel mental emotional physically out of balance. It is like we are the TV, after the earth shift, the antenna is out of sync, so the screen keeps flashing, broadcast unclear image. Eventually the TV is tired, it will seek for alignment with the new signals.
As it happened gradually, we didn’t notice the change. I experienced reaching the limit of endurance, I felt lost, sensing issues with my wellbeing, I felt the push to search for something more meaningful in life and my search started 2009.
Over the years I opened myself to the possibilities of something beyond the physical, getting in touch and embracing the non-physical side of life. This was the missing, the out of balance I felt in life.
2020 I felt a good shift in my physical, mental, emotional wellbeing, confident in what life is bringing, despite the global covid waves, and the uncertainty vibes around me. I found myself in a peaceful, balanced state. Not affected much by the happening in the physical surroundings. Almost as if I have nothing, so there is nothing to lose.
People asking me how can you manage to stay calm, at peace, no stress like that.
My short answer was its over 10 years of training. Most people would spend time - in social gatherings or entertainment; money - investing in houses, materials. I spend my time - getting to know myself; and investing money - in personal spiritual development courses, building the inner home/temple, finding my aspirations in life.
Sometimes I gently said, take care of your wellbeing. What is the point of working hard to make money and then later use that money to restore our wellbeing?
I did that, and I learned my lesson, in a way that life pushed me to the limit and diverted to the spiritual path.
